Becky Christine Martin was born in Midland, Michigan, in 1958, and was raised in a

lively Christian home alongside her five sisters and two brothers. Her parents gave

all the girls the middle name Christine and the boys Christian to remind them that

their identity in Christ is the most important. From gathering together to sing hymns

to cozy winter evenings reading by the fireplace, Becky’s childhood was filled with

love, faith, music, and books.

This is her first published book.
